If I Were Stranded On An Island

If I were stranded on an island and could bring three items they would be a book, a fishing rod, and a tool kit. Firstly I would take a book because it would give me something to do for a while. Once I am done with it I could reread it a few times, try to memorize the whole book by heart. Then once I have done that I could burn it, and use it as firewood. Next, I would bring a fishing rod to catch fish, to eat and as bait. Fish wouldn’t be all I would eat but it would make up most of it. After I am done with it I could break it into two and sharpen each side for hunting, and after that I could use it as more fire wood. Lastly I would bring a tool kit so that we could build a house or some kind of shelter. I could also use the tools as weapons to hunt with. When I am done with this, since the tools are in a metal box, I will use the box as a cooking pot for my fish. The three people I would bring would be my mom, dad, and brother. First, I would take my mom because she is a great cook, a good gardener, can fish and because I couldn’t survive without her (at my age). Next I would take my dad because he is a great builder, and would build our shelter, also he too can garden, and probably hunt as well. They are both very smart scientists and could probably come up with a theory about how we would escape the island. They are also the kind of people who would be good at surviving on an island. Lastly I would bring my brother who would keep me company, and probably help hunt for food, and could help build our shelter.
